Who is a "Hazmat Employee"?

Current regulations define hazmat employees who must be trained to include the following:

Load, unload or handle hazardous materials
Manufacturer, test, recondition, repair, mark or otherwise qualify packages for use in the transportation of hazardous
materials
Prepare hazardous materials for transportation
Are responsible for the safety of hazardous materials in transportation
Operate a vehicle used to transport hazardous

The Extra Advantages of BOE Training
